We recommend , whenever possible, have a post card, a Trip Master ( accurate meter displaying hundreds , tens of meters or even meters! useful in following the road book in case your odometer would not be reliable), a GPS .

 

If you are equipped with four snow tires , this applies even better ! but chains are mandatory .
